Axel holds a degree in political science and studied dance pedagogy in the US. He teaches street dance and wants to create a space where beginners dare to fail and still feel proud.
Background
Axel is from Valdemarsvik and moved to Uppsala in 2020 to study. He picked up dancing again and has been dedicated to it for the past three years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and completed a dance pedagogy course at a US college.
He has taught dance mix for kids, street dance for teenagers, and dance fitness for adults. His strength is beginners and intermediate levels. He loves watching people who have never danced before take their first steps.
In Axel’s classes, it is okay to fail. The environment is forgiving, joyful, and focused on growth. He wants every student to leave with confidence and a desire to come back.
