Booking terms

1. Registration

Registration is binding. If you are under 18, a guardian (parent) must be listed as the responsible contact for the registration. The email address provided must go directly to the guardian.

2. Course fee

The course fee is the same regardless of whether the student joins the course at a later date.

3. Cancellation

You have a right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from the day you receive your booking confirmation. This follows the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). If you cancel within this period we refund the course fee.

By attending a class during the withdrawal period you request that the course begins during that period. If you then withdraw, we deduct the cost of the classes you have attended and refund the rest of the course fee. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

Once the withdrawal period has ended we do not issue refunds. You can instead switch to another course or let someone else take your place.

Cancellations must be submitted by email to hej@usc.se. We require cancellations in writing by email. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, available at konsumentverket.se (opens in a new tab), and email it to us. Failure to attend does not count as a cancellation.

4. Photos and video

We may photograph and film during our classes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please contact us at hej@usc.se.

5. Class changes

We reserve the right to change classes during an ongoing term. We may change the time, day, instructor, and location of a class. If the change does not work for you, you may switch to another class at no cost or receive a credit towards the next term. We do not issue refunds for class changes.

6. Cancelled classes

We reserve the right to cancel classes that do not reach a minimum of 8 participants.

7. Force majeure

We are not obligated to deliver our services if prevented by circumstances beyond our control. This includes extreme weather, war, riots, epidemic, fire, explosion risk, and other unforeseeable events. No compensation is payable in such cases.

8. Insurance

All participants are covered by accident insurance during our classes.

9. Studio rental

Cancellation at least 48 hours before the booked time: no charge. Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the booked time: 50% of the booking fee. Cancellation within 24 hours: full fee.

10. Hen party

Cancellation at least 7 days before the booked time: no charge. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change the date or time.
