Booking Terms

1. Registration

Registration is binding. If you are under 18, a guardian (parent) must be listed as the responsible contact for the registration. The email address provided must go directly to the guardian.

2. Course fee

The course fee is the same regardless of whether the student joins the course at a later date.

3. Cancellation

You have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date you received confirmation of your course registration, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). During this period you are entitled to a full refund. You do not have the right to withdraw and receive a refund if the course starts within 14 calendar days of receiving your confirmation.

Cancellations must be submitted by email to hej@usc.se. We require cancellations in writing by email. Failure to attend does not count as a cancellation.

4. Photos and video

We may photograph and film during our classes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please contact us at hej@usc.se.

5. Class changes

We reserve the right to change classes during an ongoing term. We may change the time, day, instructor, and location of a class. If the change does not work for you, you may switch to another class at no cost or receive a credit towards the next term. We do not issue refunds for class changes.

6. Cancelled classes

We reserve the right to cancel classes that do not reach a minimum of 8 participants.

7. Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from delivering our services as planned — including but not limited to extreme weather, war, riots, epidemic, fire, explosion risk, or other unforeseeable events — we are not obligated to deliver. No compensation will be payable in such cases.

8. Insurance

All participants are covered by accident insurance during our classes.

9. Studio rental

Cancellation at least 48 hours before the booked time: no charge. Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the booked time: 50% of the booking fee. Cancellation within 24 hours: full fee.

10. Hen party

Cancellation at least 7 days before the booked time: no charge. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change the date or time.
