Go to usc.se and choose the course you want. Click "Book" and follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation email right after booking.

Yes. We offer drop-in for many of our classes. You pay for a single session with no commitment. Available drop-in classes are listed on the schedule at usc.se/drop-in.

Most classes are 55 minutes. Some workshops and intensive sessions are longer.

We offer hiphop, streetdance, heels, dancehall, dancing for children, salsa, bachata, contemporary, jazz and more. The full list of current classes is available at usc.se.

If you miss a class in a term course, you can attend a make-up class in the same style at a different time during the same week, subject to availability. Drop-in classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Beginner is for you if you have never danced the style before or have danced for less than six months. Intermediate requires at least one completed beginner course or equivalent experience. Not sure about your level? Email us at hej@usc.se and we will help you choose.

We offer two term formats. A half-term of five weeks and a full term of ten weeks. The first term in autumn 2026 is a half-term. Prices vary depending on age, level and course length.

Yes, contact us and we will help you switch to another course if spots are available.

We have classes every day of the week. Monday through Thursday and weekends we run term courses. Fridays are social dance nights instead of regular courses. You can find all times and classes in the schedule at usc.se.

Yes. You can make it up by attending another class in the same style and level via drop-in. Contact us if you need help finding a suitable class.

If we cancel a class, you will be notified by email. You will receive either a replacement session or a refund for that session.

Yes, you can join during an ongoing term if there are spots available. Contact us at hej@usc.se and we'll help you find the right class.

We keep classes to a maximum of 15 to 20 participants so everyone gets personal feedback from the instructor. Children's classes have a maximum of 15 spots.

Classes are mainly taught in Swedish, but our instructors are happy to switch to English when needed. Everyone is welcome regardless of language.

Yes. Contact us at hej@usc.se or sign up through the booking system. If a spot opens up, we'll notify you right away.

Short videos for personal use are fine as long as other participants are not visible. Always ask the instructor first. USC Studios occasionally films classes for marketing purposes. You will be informed in advance.

Yes, we regularly arrange workshops and intensive courses with guest choreographers and USC Studios' own instructors. Keep an eye on usc.se/events and our Instagram @uscstockholm for upcoming workshops. These are ideal if you want to dive deeper into a specific style or technique outside the regular schedule.

We have classes from age 3 and up. Each group is adapted to the children's age and level.

We have a maximum of 15 children per group. This allows the instructor to give each child attention.

No, not during the class itself. You drop off your child at the studio and pick them up after class.

Yes. Our children's classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience. The instructors adapt to the group.

No. All USC Studios beginner classes start from zero. We assume no prior experience. The only requirement is that you show up willing to try.

All bookings are handled via usc.se. You can book a drop-in class or a full term course.

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in. For most styles, trainers or dance shoes are ideal.

No, you don't need to bring a partner. We rotate during classes so everyone gets to dance with everyone.

Absolutely. Many of our students start dancing as adults and we have active dancers of all ages. The body learns at its own pace and our instructors are experienced at adapting their teaching. Classes marked 'Beginner' or 'Open' are excellent starting points regardless of age. Dance is also one of the most complete forms of exercise for balance, coordination and wellbeing.

Bring comfortable clothes you can move in. Shoes depend on the style. Some classes are danced barefoot, others in sneakers or heels. Check the course description for details about your class.

Prices vary by class and level. As a guide: term courses start from approximately SEK 1,099 for a half-term to approximately SEK 2,199 for a full term. Drop-in sessions start from SEK 250 per visit. 10-class cards are also available. Children's classes have their own pricing. See current prices on each class page at usc.se/classes — the price is always shown directly in the booking flow.

You can pay by card, Swish or invoice. Choose the option that works best for you at checkout.

Select "Invoice" as your payment method when booking. You will receive an invoice by email with an OCR number and bank details. Pay within 14 days.

Check your spam folder first. If you cannot find the email, contact us at hej@usc.se with your name and which course you paid for. We will look into it.

Yes, payment plans are available for some courses. Contact us at hej@usc.se and we will set up an installment plan.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you sign up, according to Swedish distance selling law. During that period you receive a full refund.

After 14 days we cannot refund the course fee. We can help you switch to another course or let someone else take your spot.

Contact us at hej@usc.se. For long-term illness we can make exceptions if you provide a doctor's note.

Yes! Contact us at hej@usc.se to buy a gift card. A perfect gift for someone who wants to try dancing.

Popular classes fill up quickly. We recommend booking your class early. Drop-in can be booked on an ongoing basis as long as spots are available.

USC Studios is located in Medborgarhuset, Folkungagatan 45, 118 26 Stockholm. We use three studio spaces within the building. The nearest metro station is Medborgarplatsen (green line, T13) — the studio is right next to the station, approximately 1 minute's walk.

There is limited street parking around Medborgarplatsen and in the Medborgarplatsens P-Hus. We recommend arriving by metro (Medborgarplatsen, green line) or bike. There are bike racks outside the main entrance.

Yes, Medborgarhuset has elevators and is wheelchair accessible. Contact us if you have specific needs and we'll make sure your experience runs smoothly.

Yes. We have changing rooms where you can get ready. We do not have lockers, so bring your belongings into the studio during class.

Yes. We accept wellness benefits through ePassi. Here is how: 1. Book your course as usual at usc.se. 2. Choose invoice as your payment method. 3. Open the ePassi app and make a payment to USC Studios. We receive a confirmation from ePassi and update your invoice. You do not need to do anything else.

Contact us at hej@usc.se. In most cases we can credit your payment so you can pay through ePassi instead.

We primarily work with ePassi. Email us at hej@usc.se with information about which platform your employer uses and we will check if we can accept it.

Yes. Hen party dance sessions are one of our most popular bookings. You get your own instructor, choose a dance style and dance in one of our studios.

Use the form on our website or email hej@usc.se with your preferred date and time, number of participants, contact person (name, email, phone), the bride or guest of honour's name and preferred dance style. We will send you a price quote and order confirmation.

A standard session is 60 minutes. We can arrange a longer session if you prefer. See the different packages that are on our website.

Most styles work. Popular choices are heels, twerk, salsa, bachata and streetdance. Email us and we will match you with the right instructor.

Yes, if the new time slot is available. Contact us as early as possible.

Contact us as soon as you know. Cancellations at least 7 days before the event are free of charge.

Yes. Our studios are available for rent by dance groups, associations, schools and companies. We have three studios in different sizes.

The studio comes with mirrors, a sound system and ventilation. You connect your music via Bluetooth or AUX.

Yes. We offer term bookings with a fixed weekly slot. This is the most common option for dance groups and associations.

You receive a digital key through the Parakey app. The key only works during your booked time slot. We send instructions and login details by email.

Send an email to hej@usc.se with a short introduction, the styles you teach and any video of your teaching or dancing. We will get back to you if we have a suitable opening.

USC Studios offers over 20 dance styles seven days a week in the heart of Södermalm. We welcome everyone from age 3 to adults and collaborate with the City of Stockholm on free dance evenings at Medborgarplatsen. Our roots in Uppsala Danscenter's 20-year legacy give us a unique foundation in the Swedish dance community.

Yes! We offer customised dance events for companies. Perfect for team building, kick-offs or staff parties. Contact us at hej@usc.se to discuss options and pricing.

We currently focus on in-person classes at our studios at Medborgarplatsen. Follow us on Instagram for updates on future digital offerings.

All instructors at USC Studios are active professional dancers, choreographers and performers with real-world experience from stages, music videos and international competitions. We only hire instructors who combine technical expertise with genuine teaching ability. Many have been teaching for 5–15+ years and have represented Sweden internationally in their dance style.
