How to enter USC Studios with Parakey
Your phone is your key
When you book a class with us you automatically receive a digital key to our studios via the Parakey app. Your key works 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after each class you are booked on – fully automatic, no fobs or codes.

- Download the free Parakey app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the invitation email from Parakey and create your account using the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you booked for your child, you as the guardian receive the key on your phone.
- Done! When you arrive: open the app and tap the lock – the door opens. Your key works from 20 minutes before your class until 20 minutes after.
Good to know
- The key opens the studio and backstage doors – only during your booked times.
- Book another class and the new times are added automatically within minutes.
- If you cancel, or when the term ends, the key disappears automatically.
- Keep Bluetooth on – the app talks to the lock via Bluetooth.

FAQ
I haven't received an email from Parakey – what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. The email is sent to the address used when booking on dans.se. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend the invitation.
My child attends the class – whose phone holds the key?
The key is sent to the guardian who made the booking. You as the parent open the door with your phone at drop-off and pick-up.
How early can I get in?
The door unlocks 20 minutes before your class starts and stops working 20 minutes after it ends.
The app won't open the door – help!
Make sure Bluetooth is on, that you're signed in with the correct email address and that you're within your time window. Try restarting the app. Still stuck? Call us and we'll let you in.
Can I let a friend in?
No – your key is personal and only covers your own booking. For everyone's safety, all visitors need their own booking.
