Carolina trained at Sway and has been dancing salsa since 2017. She dances in AK Mambo and has performed at international congresses across Europe and the US. In her classes, you build a strong foundation with a focus on technique, movement and personal style.
Background
Carolina trained at Jennie Widgren's dance programme at Sway and went on to work as a choreography assistant to Elin Nyblom. In 2017, she discovered salsa and quickly fell in love with the energy and community of the dance.
In 2020, she began diving deeper into mambo and salsa on2. Today she dances in AK Mambo, led by Arcadia and Konstantin, and has performed at international congresses across both Europe and the US.
In Carolina's classes, the focus is on building a strong foundation. The basic step is the heart of all salsa. From there, you work on body movement, shines, turn technique and styling to develop your own personal style.
