Freja is a singer, certified personal trainer, and social pedagogue. She found her love for Cuban salsa in Mexico and has been teaching regularly since 2023, with classes, drop-ins, and shows across Sweden.
Background
Freja is a singer at heart and has been on stage since a young age. She is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and social pedagogue. Rhythm and movement have always been part of her life.
While living in Mexico she fell in love with Cuban salsa. Back in Sweden she started dancing intensely and began assisting teachers early on. In the fall of 2023 she started teaching regularly at Stockholm Salsa Dance.
Together with Junior she has traveled across Sweden for workshops and performed around ten shows, including in Barcelona. She believes in solid basics from day one and a warm, family-like atmosphere with a twinkle in the eye. Every student should feel seen and encouraged, both during and after class.
