Julia has been teaching for over 15 years and spent four years as jazz teacher at Danscenter’s professional program. She runs Megami Dance Company and Divina Dance Collective and is known for building strong groups where community and growth go hand in hand.

Julia trained at Danscenter and has taught at numerous schools in Stockholm and Skåne for over 15 years. She spent four years as a jazz teacher on Danscenter’s professional dance program.
She works as a dancer and choreographer and runs two groups: the professional company Megami Dance Company and Divina Dance Collective with around 25 dancers. Jazz is her strongest style, but she also teaches contemporary, feminine vibe, and salsa.
Julia builds community for real. She creates projects, makes sure everyone feels seen, and fosters an atmosphere where it is safe to make mistakes and grow together. Community matters just as much in her advanced groups as in the beginner classes.
