Ten weeks with the same crew

A course is not just teaching. It is the same people, the same time, ten weeks in a row.

The first week you know nobody's name. By the third you know where everyone stands. By the sixth you are the ones still talking in the hallway afterwards. Nobody tells you about that part before you start.

That is why we run ten weeks. Five classes give you the steps. Ten classes give you the style, and a crew.

Dance is our thing

The teacher counts you in, corrects your posture and builds on it from week to week. You start at beginner level and move up in the same style when you are ready. Same teacher all term.

59 of our 76 courses start from scratch. Several styles have a continuing level this autumn, so if you danced with us in August there is a next step.

Go 3 for 2

Book three courses and pay for two. The cheapest one is on us, and the system deducts it at checkout.

Three courses means three groups. You stand in three different rooms every week and get to know three times as many people. It is the fastest way into the building.

The offer runs all term. All three courses have to be in the same name.

Come alone. Most people do.

Most people who book with us book one spot, not two. Then they end up standing next to someone who did the same thing.

If you would rather bring someone you know, book the same course at the same time. Children's courses are 2 for 1 all term, so your child can bring a friend or a sibling.

You are not too old

We run courses marked 20+ and 30+ in afrobeats, house, feminine vibe, salsa and contemporary jazz. They keep the groups close in age.

The youngest in a 30+ class is thirty. About the oldest we say nothing.

Ten weeks, week 40 to week 50

Courses start between 28 September and 4 October, depending on which day your course falls on. Week 44 is a break for the autumn holiday. The last course week is 7 to 13 December.

Courses run Monday to Thursday and at weekends. Fridays are social dance nights. All three studios are running.

Miss a class and you can take it back at a drop-in the same week.

Prices

Adult courses start at 2 195 kr for ten sessions. With 3 for 2 you pay for two out of three. Zumba and Pilates during the day cost 1 595 kr.

Ages 3 to 5 cost 1 595 kr. Ages 6 to 8 cost 1 695 kr. Ages 9 to 12 cost 1 895 kr. Ages 13 to 16 cost 1 995 kr.

Pay by card, Swish or invoice. Invoices are due within 14 days. Swedish wellness benefits go through ePassi.

Go 2 for 1, children and teens

Book one children's course and get a second spot on us. You decide who gets it. Bring a friend, bring a sibling, or let your child take a second course.

See you down in the metro

Folkungagatan 45A. The entrance is inside the Medborgarplatsen metro station, by the Folkungagatan exit. Take that exit and turn right.
